Overview

This policy explains how refunds work for purchases of Alpacca, operated by Happy Cactus Solutions, LLC. How you request a refund depends on where you bought your plan. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.

Purchases Made Through Our Website (Paddle)

Purchases made through our web checkout are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle processes these refunds on our behalf.

Because access to a paid organization is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds outside the 14-day window are granted at our discretion, except where a longer period is required by the law of your country.

Purchases Made in the Mobile Apps (Apple / Google)

Purchases made inside our iOS or Android apps are processed by Apple or Google, not by us or Paddle. We cannot issue refunds for those purchases directly. Please request them through the store you used:

Consumer Withdrawal Rights (EU / EEA and similar)

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal, you may be entitled to cancel a purchase within the legal period. Where digital access begins immediately with your consent, that right may be limited to the extent permitted by law. Any statutory right you have applies in addition to the 14-day guarantee above.
