How billing works
- Try it free first. Essential, billed monthly, starts with a 14-day free trial, for a team of up to 8, you included. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged; otherwise it renews automatically into a paid plan. Other plans and billing periods are charged from the first day. One free trial is available per account.
- Every feature, every plan. Plans differ only by the size of your team — not by which features you get.
- Priced per organization, not per person. The plan price is the total for your organization — it covers everyone up to the plan’s team size, so adding someone doesn’t change what you pay. Need more room? Move up a plan. If you run more than one organization, each has its own plan, and you can manage them all from a single account.
- Pay monthly, every 3 months, or annually. Longer terms cost less per month — paying annually saves 33–36% over paying monthly.
- Buy anywhere, use everywhere. Purchase on the web or in our mobile apps; your plan works across iOS, Android, and the web.
- Taxes. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout and handled by the store or by Paddle, our web merchant of record.
Payment and refunds
