How billing works

• Every feature, every plan. Plans differ only by how many members your organization can have — not by which features you unlock.
• Priced per organization. Each organization has its own plan. If you run more than one organization, each is billed separately, and you can manage them all from a single account.
• Pay by the month, quarter, or year. Longer terms always cost less overall — a 12-month plan saves around 19% versus paying monthly.
• Buy anywhere, use everywhere. Purchase on the web or in our mobile apps; your plan works across iOS, Android, and the web.
• Taxes. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout and handled by the store or by Paddle, our web merchant of record.

Payment and refunds

Web purchases are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for details.
