For your team: pick up an open shift, or give one away when they can't make it.

Steps

1. Your shifts are in Calendar
2. Open means nobody has it yet
3. Open it
4. Want it? Pick it up
5. Take
6. It's yours now
7. Can't make one? Give it away
8. Posted. Anyone free can take it.
